My work process
🎀 Contact me via Instagram/Twitter DM and explain an idea of what you'd like for the illustration
🎀 After accepting your commission, I may request further details and payment which will be upfront (installment plans available, read my Terms & Conditions)
🎀 I will share a Google drive with you to place all reference photos needed for your commission- the more the better
🎀 I will be sending a sketch to revise with you a few days after payment
🎀 Average wait time is 1 to 2 months for the finished illustration, more depending on life situations (e. uni, health, etc)
🎀 After the illustration is done you will receive a high quality PNG through our shared drive folder
VGen process
🎀 If the commission is requested through vgen, you will send all necessary information through your request
🎀 I will revise it and send a confirmation if I accepted your commission, then you will be able to pay (more payment options available there)
🎀 VGen allows for clients and me to communicate better, you will be notified when I work in it, WIPs and more
🎀 The final piece will be sent via VGen, no need of a google drive

Clients must read and agree with the following terms & conditions before ordering a commission from me
Terms & Conditions
1. General terms
• Illustration comes with and without a watermark. Watermarked version must be used for posting online, version without is for your PERSONAL USE
• I, the artist, hold the right to upload the watermarked version to my social media/portfolio
• I have the right to reject a commission if it makes me uncomfortable
2. Payment
• Payment will be in USD via PayPal or Ko-Fi
• Commission payment will be upfront or in installments (one payment per week/two weeks). For the latter option, commission will not be started until full payment is received
• If you are unable to pay right away/continue your payments, reach out to me so we can discuss it
• A small fee will be added to the final price, the amount depends on your total

☆ ABOUT INSTALLMENT PLANS: This option is only available for commissions over $100
3. Process, revision & delivery
• After payment is received I will make a rough sketch to revise with you and you may do as many changes as you'd like
• You may change anything from pose to composition. Once I start doing lineart and colors, small detail changes can be done, however any major changes after that will be charged for. I hold the right to refuse to make changes I don't want to do.
• You will receive updates every few days/weeks. I work on more than one commission at the same time so updates may be slow
• The finished commission will be sent via our shared Google drive folder within 1-2 months after your payment. Understand that this number may change as I'm in my last year of university studying Graphic Design, a career that asks for a lot of my time
• ETA will also be delayed if the client fails to respond back about sketch revisions
4. Waitlist
• When my commission slots are full you may request to be added to my waitlist. Once slots are freed I will message people in the list in order of arrival
• If I message you and you don't respond for more than a week, you will be removed from my waitlist
• If you're unable to commission me at the time of my message, let me know and I will skip you to move to the next person, but you will hold your spot in the waitlist
↪️ make sure to message me again when you are able to commission me, even if my commissions are closed, I will squeeze you in
5. Copyright/Usage policy
• I, Julie (the artist), hold the rights to any produced artwork unless specified under contract. As such, I own the rights to:
☆ Upload your commission to any of my social medias, portfolio, record and post speedpaints of it, or use as self promotion
☆ Reuse the pose or composition of the artwork with some changes but not the character itself (for original characters)
Commercial use commissions are absent from this, I will not hold the rights to use it for my own commercial use but I will hold the rights to uploading it to social media. See point 6
• The client is allowed to use the piece for personal use ONLY. This includes posting to their own social media, printing the artwork for themselves, all as long as credit to the artist (me) is given and no monetary profit is earned from the artwork
• The client is NOT allowed to reproduce, modify, or use the artwork in any way other than personal. This includes NFTs, prints, stickers, merchandise, etc. Breaking any of these points will result in copyright infringement and you will be banned from commissioning me again
6. Commercial use
• The client has full rights to the piece they commissioned for any use they seem fit. This includes posting to social media, printing the artwork, making pins, totebags, t-shirt designs, charms, stickers, etc. As the artist, I request to be given credit anywhere my artwork is featured in
• I only hold the rights to posting your commission to my social medias
• A percentage of profits made with my artwork may be discussed with the client if they wish to pay me, but I do not request it
☆ Not needed, but if you'd like to send me the piece you commisioned to be produced (pin, charm, t-shirt, etc) I would be more than happy to accept it!
7. Cancelation policy/refunds
• A refund cannot be requested after I start the commission
• If for any reason the artist, myself, see that I'm unable to continue your commission, I will refund you 100% or offer an alternative (such as another type of artwork, character or design)
☆ Please do not request a charge back if I'm refunding you, I will send the money myself
• If you request a chargeback after your commission is done and delivered digitally via Google drive, chargeback will be declined and your commission will be canceled. I will be obligated to share to PayPal our conversation as proof that the commission was delivered and that ToS have been broken from your end.
You will also be blacklisted and banned from ever commissioning me again, as well as publicly exposed to warn fellow artists.
☆ Claiming dissatisfaction with the finished piece does not warrant a refund, as the client has several instances throughout the process to voice their concerns. Doing this will also result in being blacklisted
7. VTuber Models
Once the model is done and is delivered to the rig team for reivision, depending on the complexity of these I hold the right to request an upcharge if I deem it necessary for the hours of work it will take me. This amount depends on how many things are to be revised.
